The brave new world of The Tempest, created by the 3rd year BATDS students of Cork School of Music, is packed with high octane performance energy, extraordinary visual treats including beautiful projections by Cormac O’Connor, electric costumes by Gillian Roberts and lyrical lighting by Declan Leonard.

It also features a tingling original sound score created and performed by Masters student Wike Schippers with the many actor/musicians in the cast. All the students’ skills as actors, dancers, musicians and singers are in play throughout in this ambitious but intimate ensemble piece which will be presented in the round. 

The actors will perform unmasked, but we ask that audience members wear masks in order to protect the company.
