A CELEBRATION OF THE LIFE OF ANNE FRANK IN WORD, MUSIC AND SONG PERFORMED BY THE CIT CORK SCHOOL OF MUSIC YOUTH THEATRE
A cast of young women perform selections from The Diary of Anne Frank.  Each young woman interprets Anne in her own unique way as the ensemble connects with the timeless themes of rebellion, the inward versus the outward self and the search for meaning.

Anne Frank’s story is remarkable, both historically and as an example of an emerging young writer’s personal experience.  It is the coming together of these two – the universal and the individual experience – that gives Anne’s story its power. The trials and tribulations of growing up still resonate with teens today and, at the same time, it stands as powerful testament to the horrors of the Holocaust.
