The Threads that Bind
MA in Arts and Engagement Graduate Exhibition

Research methods through arts participation form a central role in the work of the graduates of the MA in Arts and Engagement programme in MTU Crawford College of Art & Design. ‘The Threads that Bind’ exhibition captures the applied nature of this course. Arts-based methodologies have the power to encapsulate the nuanced aspects of our human experiences. Students on this Masters programme understand the importance of allowing space for supported societal engagement and creative expression. The work in this exhibition provides an insight into the projects initiated by 2024 graduates of the MA in Arts and Engagement. Many of these projects have introduced new ways of connecting within communities and will continue to develop into the future.
